"This place is really nice. The staff are super friendly and it’s in a pretty good location next to a lot of stores. BUT They are some weird quirks. Walls are super thin. You can hear your neighbors Easily. Head board is sharp and i kept getting cut. Show head is super weak and lacks pressure. Vending and doesn’t have juice options only soda. All in all still would recommend."

"Let me just start by saying that I’ve been staying in a few hotels the last few months, extended stay America on Lee Dr. is by far my absolute favorite! This has become my home away from home until I can get into my new home. The location is great. It is only a few minute walk from my job. I have been here since I’ll say the end of July beginning of August and I have had no problems whatsoever! The staff here has to be by far the most helpful and friend list I have ever experienced these last few months in different hotels. My needs are always taken care of. The building is always maintained and clean. Yes I do have to say the elevator has been out of order and I am on the fourth floor for going on three weeks now, but if that is the only thing I can complain about, it’s not the end of the world. The manager on site any time I have had a question or an issue she has addressed it right away and taken care of it. The staff here are so friendly And caring it’s almost like their family lol. I know a lot of people have been complaining lately with the elevator issue and yes it is so annoying and it’s a lot on your body going up and down four flights of stairs every day multiple times and I just didn’t want any bad reviews being put out there because of that one problem. I understand that it is not the staff here who are responsible for fixing the elevator so I can’t be mad at them. I could not have chosen a better place to call my temporary home while I’m in between places. I just want to say thank you to all the amazing people. Here you really are the best and I truly appreciate each and everyone of you!!"

"Nope. I travel for work 3 times a month and stay in a lot of hotels. I decided to penny pinch since this was a personal trip and the pictures looked decent, but that was a mistake. I booked two rooms to two nights each. I was travelling with children and my in-laws travelled with to help. I called to ask if the rooms can be next to each other and if my in-laws name can be added to the reservation. The woman at the front desk told me, "it's your reservation, you add her name" and "children aren't allowed in the rooms alone, so why are you asking for rooms next to each other?" and then hung up on me. There were a lot of sighs, teeth sucking, and tongue clicking during the conversation. I called the 1-800 number and they did both things with no problems and were very polite. When we got there to check in, the elevator was out for at least the next 4 days according to staff. They put us on the third floor. I had small children and elderly parents with suitcases and pack and plays. During the first night, the AC went out at 3 am with loud clanging sounds. When we reported it, staff said, "someone checks them regularly". 12 hours later when we were back at the hotel and ready for bed, the AC was not fixed. We asked the front desk about it and they said they didn't know about it and can't provide any solutions or explanations because it was "shift change". We slept with the window open to provide some relief. The window screen was falling out and unsecured and we were on the third floor with children. The beds were terribly uncomfortable. There was no box spring and you could feel every spring on the mattress. We all woke up very sore. The water pressure made the shower take a lot longer than it should have. There was no one working when we checked out the next day at 7 am. Won't be staying at Extended Stay again."

"Dear Future Guest We had booked Extended Stay date of 7/7. After a 4 hour drive, We got to the hotel, it was a total mess. The room was never cleaned. The bathroom had toilet paper all over the floor. We arrived around 6pm way past check in. so there was no reason to have the room not cleaned. We called Expedia and canceled our reservations. Which Expedia did refund us, but when we spoke to the front desk and asked them to refund our pet stay fee of $53.00 dollars. They agreed and said it will be done 2 to 3 business days. Which they never did, and I am still fighting with my bank and Extended stay to refund me. I really don’t find it fair to be charged for a place which we never stayed at Thank you 9/13/23"
