"Room 219 is loud always keeping people up with their company. Always outside all throughout the day and night. I’m in a room ALL THE WAY ACROSS from the parking lot and I can hear him over the tv. They need to be kicked out. He yelled at MY son for running yet he can be loud all throughout the day and night?? He’s outside early in the morning being loud. Anyone else would’ve been kicked out."
"In all honesty, this was the most horrible experience ever, I would even say 10 times worst than my former apartment which was condemned by code enforcement, it's a dss hotel and Broome County department of social services and the owners should be ashamed of the condition of the place. Being honest, the front desk did ask me if I wanted to look at the place before taking it for three nights. I said no, how bad could it be? A previous guest let their cat pee throughout the room and it stunk heavily of that oder. I would much rather smell the bad stench of various types of mold from one of Heather Stacey's apartments than that smell. Please for the sake of humanity and who ever stays there next , some dss homeless family? , stop renting it and remodel the damn place, Knights inn management!!!!!!"
"I have been staying here for an extended period Of time, And I have to say i don't have any complaints. My room has a Brand new bathroom. It has brand new air conditioning. .. which works so good.....The bed is huge.It has all the basics that I would need for a comfortable stay. I have not seen any bugs or roaches or bed bugs like other people have said. (But I also keep my room really clean, after all we are adults and we are LIVING HERE). The family that owns the establishment is very nice and friendly. Treat them with respect and they will do the same. The housekeeper and maintenance guys are also great. I know some people don't like this place but it's my favorite one DSS has placed me at. The owner has the courtesy not to kick you out after 2 weeks like every other hotel in the area. This is something I appreciate immensely. Thank you knights inn ☺️"
