"For six years, I entrusted my tax preparation needs with this firm. However, my trust in this firm was shattered when I received a letter from them in January, abruptly informing me that they could no longer provide me with tax services. As someone who had been a loyal client for six years, I was blindsided and deeply disappointed, especially due to the timing of the letter. What made matters worse was the realization that some of my friends who also utilized their services were spared from this last-minute dismissal. It became apparent that they had selectively "flushed out" small clients like me, leaving us high and dry in the midst of tax preparation season. To add insult to injury, it came to my attention that while some clients received that letter, others who were connected to individuals using their accounting services were spared. This selective treatment highlights the firm's lack of loyalty and disregard for the smaller clients who have placed their trust in them. I am writing this review to let others know that this firm tends to flush out small clients every so many years and has no loyalty toward their customers."
