"Wonderful store! Bought two marionettes and the owner was kind, friendly, and very helpful. He took the time to show me how to care for the puppets and had some very fascinating stories to tell while I was shopping. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone interested in puppetry. If you want to visit but are concerned about it being closed, the owner was very responsive when we called and asked what the hours were and what time he would be closing."
"While I didn’t buy anything or ask any questions, stopping by Puppet Heaven was an amazing experience. I don’t get how everyone thinks it’s so elusive, but the only thing that wasn’t so great was the hallways of the underground smelled really bad, almost with a rotten water quality. All of the puppets were amazing and we watched as the owner and master puppeteer delighted a young girl with puppets, one of which she got to go home with! 10/10 all the way, anyone who thinks differently I think just doesn’t appreciate this gem of a puppet shop."
"I didn't buy in this shop. I was just waiting to get some information on the dollar store that is placed just in front of it. The person working of the Puppet Heaven was really rude. Didn't want to give me any information, telling me that they are not the same shop. I am well aware, thank you. You can still say that you don't know politely. But this wasn't the case. I wouldn't advise their customer service."

"Traveled an hour with granddaughter and her friends on June 20 to Puppet Heaven. My granddaughter waited over a month to visit store and was so excited we finally made the trip. Arrived around 11:30 am to find store was closed even though hours posted on website said store opens at 10:00 am. There was no sign explaining why store was closed. We called a few times later to see if store had opened with no response. Needless to say it was very disappointing."
