"I understand it's a 2 man team but having to email 5 times to get a response and then having to do the same thing to keep a conversation going and getting no where is ridiculous. Canceled an order and haven't gotten a refund or received any forward progression into getting it. I did cancle around the same time they were shipping apparently but haven't received any shipping info or a refund. I would recommend ordering from somewhere else. I hope I can update this one day and say the problem is resolved."

"DO NOT ORDER HERE. GET A CHARGE BACK OR REFUND ASAP!!!! Order placed around March 2021 for the intercooler crash bar combo, they said it would take some time, no problem. Months go by and I'm in constant contact with them about how it was going and was always met with some excuse "Covid, Out of Town, Waiting on supplies, Should have been shipped, Getting yours done now, Should go out next week" Just excuse after excuse for 2+ years. I really treid to give them the benefit of the doubt because they fulfilled 2 of my last orders in 2019,2020 but dropped the ball on my most expensive order with them. I asked for a refund on the order in June 2023 and was told the refund was sent, for the next month and a half I had to constantly email them asking where is the refund. Please provide transaction receipt. They then proceeded to ignore my emails. When they did respond it was "HMMM Should have had it already" but failed to provide any proof that they tried to return the money. Finally I reach out to my payment provider and show them the log of email over the last 2 years and 5 months with this company and they sided in my favor (Luckily). 845 Motorsports will not give you a refund on their own. The money needs to be ripped from their account by the payment provider before you get a refund."

"ordered a charge pipe from them in january 2023, received wrong item from them like april 2023, many emails and false promises later have not gotten a product or refund. They are some guys working out of a garage and use that as an excuse to not get back to any emails and say fabrications take long but zero progress has been made. Practically scamming, just go buy from another company not worth your time here trust me."

"They extended the date of my order by 3-4 months. I asked for a refund, to which they said should take a few days. I have been waiting for over 4 months now and still haven't received it. Half of the time they don't even respond to their emails and they haven't picked up the phone a single time I've called them."

"Ordered a fuel line from them a month ago and still haven’t gotten it. Multiple emails sent yet nothing in return, multiple phone calls to company and no answer. If there was an option for customer service it would be -5 stars"
