"I want to start off by saying the front desk attendants were VERY nice and we really appreciated their hospitality. That being said - our room was disgusting. It reeked of cigarettes. We literally brought in our car air freshener cause it smelled so bad. There was a sticky substance on the bed side table I wiped off. The middle blue blanket on the bed looked like it hasn't been washed in weeks and had nasty stains on it. I didn't want to walk around without shoes on tbh. We got the hot tub suite room and could not get anything but scorching hot water so we didn't even use it. I'm sad and disappointed. I feel like there was potential here and I ignored the bad reviews with hopes it wasn't that bad. I was wrong. Cleanliness is not taken seriously here. I would steer clear of this place."

"Just checked in... impressed with how clean & cozy this place is. The bed is nice & I like the linens. Carpets clean. Bathroom is immaculate! Check in was nice & fast! There was even ample truck parking. The only thing I'm noticing, is a Smoke/cigarette smell.. it's slightly masked by the plug- in.. which smells nice.. but the cigarette smell is almost overwhelming.. especially for an asthmatic. Other than that, upkeep & Cleanliness is wonderful! Really like this little place. We would definitely return."

"I recently got to spend a night at his hotel and I can very confidently say I would come back again! You can very easily tell the hotel has renovated almost everything as soon as you walk in. The flooring, closet size, food, and overall the room quality was top tier! I definitely recommend this place to anyone that plans to visit nearby. Furthermore, the owners were very nice as they answered all questions thoughtfully and were always willing to help when needed. Consequently, the motel is very affordable with the service it comes with. If I visit Pittsburgh once again, I will stay here as I was pleased with my first visit!"
