"If I could give a zero rating I would. I am not one to do bad reviews. However, this office has been horrendous between scheduling and bedside manner from the doctor that specializes with wrists along with his PA. Their bedside manner is absolutely terrible. They are rude and condescending, I will not be back at this practice again. I do not recommend."

"Generally, the experience was and has been positive throughout my family’s numerous visits. The doctors are thorough and obviously care about treatment, understanding, and our comfort. My most recent visit was overall good, however, I was made very uncomfortable due to overhearing a doctor’s assistant by the name of Karissa berating a patient because their employer called asking for specifics on the patient’s health restrictions. The Doctor’s assistant, was very loudly insisting to be told the specifics of the patient’s job and what they specifically “need” to be restricted because “light duty” was not specific enough. The conversation was held at a very high volume next to the waiting room. This experience has caused me to worry that I may not be able to receive accommodations without receiving ridicule or sacrificing good care in the future. I have not had any other negative experiences, but i truly hope that I do not end up working with this Doctor’s assistant after I heard how she spoke to a patient in public over a question their workplace called in."
