"Horrible customer service with Ally. Every question I asked he answered with “obviously” at the end which I find very rude. Then when I asked what time they closed his response was soon, and when I asked what time was soon he then asked me what time it was where I was. Felt like he was mocking me the whole phone conversation and when I asked for his name he hesitated and honestly might have given me the wrong name. But as a business owner I feel bad seeing an employee driving off business for the owners, because that’s about $250 that I now will take I spend somewhere else."
