"Small shop with limited on-site catalog. After speaking to the manager, I was able to get what I wanted from off the website. But be forewarned, not all shops offer the same thing. You should visit or call at least 3 days before you need it to make sure they offer it. I would go again, knowing how it works now."

"DO NOT make the same mistake I made. I trusted this location to deliver a sweet surprise to my friend for her 40th Birthday. Given that I live out of town, I thought this was a great way to send love from our family to her. I couldn't have been more wrong. There was an issue with the delivery and I called to sort it out. The Owner/Operator Raj and the driver Alicia, were extremely rude. While attempting to reschedule, I informed Raj that the recipient was home and did not receive a door bell notification (to ensure this step was not overlooked in the next delivery). Raj then went on to ask me, "Do you think it would make sense for my driver to go there and not ring the doorbell?" From there we had a heated exchange (in hindsight, I should have simply requested a refund and contacted Corporate). At that point I decided that a refund (which he offered at the beginning of the call) would be best. Raj then informed me that he could not refund me until tomorrow. Things happen but it is all about how a business handles the situation. I was taken aback by the harsh/patronizing tone when I was pleasant. Again, don't trust them with your loved one's special day. I am taking this to the corporate level because I am certain that Edible Arrangement as a brand does not support Raj's management style. They deserve to know how their franchisee is running his store. Update: I was able to speak to corporate and have the order delivered from another store. They we very understanding and assured me that they would investigate Raj's behavior. I will continue to support the brand, just not this location."

"I loved my thank you gift. I have always held EA in high regard and the platter did not let me down. The fruit was so so delicious and fresh. I appreciated that some of the fruit was not dipped in chocolate."

"The arrangement made by team was so neat & beautiful. They have wonderful landscaping items and their customer service is fantastic. "I purchased this basket as a birthday gift. Scheduled to have it delivered. After a few minutes the manager of the store called me and asked if I could pick up the basket because the delivery driver was not there to day. After arriving the manager bought out the basket and a few extras. I provided provide 5 stars for the polite and above and beyond nature of that manager. I plan to order from this location again."
