"Came to this H&R Block after going to Jackson and Hewitt after telling me that they couldn't assist me with my tax 2017 amendment. I knew I didn't have an appointment, and H&R was able to help me. The receptionist was really attentive to my issue and immediately sat me with Daniel Gursky. Dan was really professional at all times and was able to help me with my 2017 tax issue and helped me file my 2020 tax return. I appreciate his level of expertise and attentiveness."

"I had a virtual appointment at 9am and didn’t hear from the tax preparer Yolanda until late afternoon 3/17. Very unprofessional process, no one answered office phone and I waiting on hold for 50 minutes on the 1800 number just to be told they couldnt see that I had a appointment in system at all; Then late that afternoon Yolanda calls saying she already did my taxes. At that point I already decided to move on with a different company to prepare my taxes since the H&R Block 1800 agent told me I didn’t have a appointment. I didn’t hear from Yolanda until after I made a complaint. This was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had with my taxes. In addition, she didn’t seem confident when I asked about the child tax credit when I explained that I thought this year I was supposed get more than $2000 per the stimulus bill stating we would get between $3,000-$3,600 for younger kids and my daughter is 9 years old."
