"Update : For going to this office I lost $3,500 (they didn't add my credits) plus what I paid to them. Armando doesn't return calls, has acted very unprofessional and even after acknowledging their error they refused to refund what I paid to them let alone the $3500 that I lost. If you come to this office you are on your own risk. This is not a trustworthy place, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I've been trying for two days to speak with Armando and he has ignored my calls. I came here last year to file my 2021 taxes, but the person who helped me, Mungunzaya, seemed inexperienced. We had five to six 1099s and W2s and had lived in two different states. We were also first-time homeowners, graduate students, etc. She offered no guidance on deductions for 1099, house, etc - NOTHING - I kept mentioning deductions, laws, etc. but she was clueless about them. This subpar service wasn't cheap. They charged me more than $600. This year, I decided to do it myself. Reviewing the federal credits for students, I noticed last year I didn't have to pay $1000 on federal taxes since there's a nonrefundable lifetime learning credit of up to $2000 YEARLY. Mungazaya didn't apply it to my taxes nor mention it. I also see errors in the child tax credit she assumed we had gotten the credit in advance without asking?. I wonder what else is wrong? But, Armando has gone AWOL. I've been calling, and no other supervisor has called me back. The receptionist Macayia? laughed at me when I mentioned the credit and acted very irrationally. Not the place I was looking for. I'd say go to a CPA if it is not a plain W2. Otherwise, this is not the place."

"I used Pete Bryan there for years and he referred me to Ashley Hanson when he left. She has been very prompt on responses and great to work with. As of 2020, this office has tanked. Customer service is terrible, I've seen dozens of papers of other clients all over desks, so no one's information is confidential. I no longer use them and cannot recommend."
