"I am very unhappy with the services provided by the tax preparers and the administrative staff in this office. The tax preparers missed a huge deduction for which I was qualified (and had qualified for many years). I will not be able to recoup all the monies I lost due to this major oversight. The administrative staff did not seem to be on top of things either, as I received conflicting information from them regarding the availability of the tax preparers and the appointment schedule. (I showed up for a scheduled appointment and the accountant was not in the office). All around, it was a nightmare experience, and I will take my tax business elsewhere in the future."

"My husband and I needed to make our taxes for a very important meeting on a Friday morning and our accountant was out of town, so on Thursday morning we started the search for a place to do our taxes and we found this place on the internet. We made an appointment for 4:30 pm, my husband was there at 4:10 pm and he was attended at 4:50 p.m. Around 6:30 pm I called my husband and he was still there so I met him there after 20 minutes. The person who took care of us was Mrs. Moy, she was very kind, but unfortunately seems like she did not have experience or really did not know what she was doing because after 5 hours of being in the office with her , yes! more than 5 hours, around 10:15pm she informed us, after making several calls and consulting with her colleagues in the office about our taxes that she would not be able to finish our taxes that day because there was a mistake in her system regarding taxes in Virginia or something like that , so we needed to make an appointment for another day. Our frustration was terrible . If we went there was because we needed the taxes that day !!!!! and to close with a flourish the garage was already closed and we could not take our cars, finally the manager opened an internal door for us and after paying $ 15 for each vehicle we were finally able to go home. It has been the worst experience we have had and we have been seriously affected by this, apparently lack of knowledge and experience of the person who assisted us."
