I requested a text photo of the flower arrangement and sure enough, it arrived this morning! Customer service was excellent! Laura creates the most beautiful arrangements, sadly I lost my mother, but the casket bouquet was so stunning, and for Christmas she made me a lovely cardinal arrangement. My mother loved receiving flowers from her before her passing."

Besides the First Class service I received as someone who lives out of state in NC, Laura went above and beyond to call me back after hours in order for me to send a sympathy arrangement needed the next day. Laura even went to the trouble to send me some photo’s of potted plants she has in mind and then she sent me a photo of the arrangement before it was delivered the following day. The best florist in Baltimore County and the best florist I have ever had the pleasure to work with.
