"I know HR Block staff are professionals. But please stay away from this office. The manager is clueless. She did such a bad job I was amazed. When I asked for owner name, she told me why I am going to complain. I responded "What would you do if you were in my place". She had no idea what she was doing. She kept opening a book and looking for answers. She also could not answer some of my basic questions. Please stay away. I called and left a message for the owner to contact me. If he cares about his business he will contact me."
