"sent order in online at 9:30 for a 11:30 pick up. 11:35 they needed 10 more mins. 12:15 it’s still being made. good luck"

"Poor customer services. Very rude over the phone whem I was calling to check on my order after she called me at 0952am to confirm of I still want the order. I called back at 248pm to see if the order was out she said no. Then I asked if I could cancelled the order, she turned around and said the order was out in the truck. It's now 607pm and I still have not received my order. I think she held my order for the last run."

"I was undecided on whether or not I wanted to write a review. However, after reading several reviews and having some of the same issues / concerns I decided to review. I was sent a gift for my birthday on 10/10/23. When I opened up the fruit bag I immediately noticed brown bananas. I don’t understand how this gift even left the store. I called the person who sent me the gift and showed her pictures. I also called the store and they said, they would make it right by bringing fresh bananas the next day. Long story short, Im still waiting…. I woke up the next day to eat some of the strawberries that where also in the bag and they were molded. I will not purchase anything from this establishment and I'm also telling my loved ones not to purchase me anything from this store. Photos attached."

"I ordered an arrangement for my friends birthday and they were unable to deliver it on the day I paid for. There was no explanation and my friend did not receive a call, or knock at the door and she was home all day. THEN, when I called to get it redelivered, they delivered it the next day to the INCORRECT address. I’ve called back multiple times to try to get it fixed and the staff member was very unprofessional and keeps telling me “there boss isn’t there” and that they will call me. I have received no calls trying to fix this issue, I have also submitted many requests to customer service, and nothing."

"Received an arrangement for Mother's Day from my daughter in Texas. Called to notify of mold on fruit after I ate one not realizing or expecting there was mold present. Asked to speak with a manager and the same young lady by the name of Melissa stated she was a manager that could help me. I told her what happened, she asked and looked up by the order number. She came back to the phone and asked for me for my name. I asked for her name and she never responded. I then asked for the name and phone number of the store manager or the owner. She told me, "well you got this on Sunday right? So, you had it for the 48 hours that we guarantee freshness. Is there anything else or do you still want the phone number?" Wow! That is some customer service. So, my question is, why aren't you using fresh fruit, because fruit should not have a 48 hour life span and should not have hairy molds growing that rapidly that has been refrigerated. My arrangement has been kept refrigerated and to have mold that quickly and it is not 4 days old, fresh fruit was not utilized for this arrangement. Waiting for the owner to contact me, Kevin Setzer to resolve this. His employee/stated manager has no customer service skills. Although, Edible Arrangements' Certified Happiness Commitment was not implemented and stated that this particular store policy has a 48 hour freshness guarantee. Although, the website does not reflect that and states they stand by a commitment to quality and customer service from every store owner and the fruit experts in their system. There purpose of the "Certified Happiness" policy is to ensure our customers and recipients are satisfied with the service and quality they receive each and every time. Melissa did not display that and I am Not happy nor satisfied with service or the quality of my arrangement."
