"Ordered flowers to be delivered a few days in advance of our anniversary. Delivery had not arrived by 2 on the day off. I called and asked for an ETA. I was told they would call back with an ETA from the driver. I let them know it needed to arrive by 4. I never received a phone call back. Driver arrived around 6:15 and unfortunately after my wife had left. Not the experience what I was hoping for."
"Had the absolute worst experience with this group. They sent me a trash set of flowers. Told me how hard it was to make them haven’t contacted me about a refund. I paid $260 for an arrangement for a Funeral. They sent trash broken up improperly arranged flowers. They have ignored me I contacted them at the funera. The one time we spoke they complained to me about how hard it is to put together Well don’t sell what you cannot recreate The family was so upset at the funeral and told me to send them back They didn’t return my calls They took my money I would recommend you go elsewhere."
