"DO NOT USE JANE... BUT THEY BOTH SEEMS AWFUL. I agree with the other reviewer. They lie. I was grossly deceived by Jane. Then the other preparer stuck her nose in it calling me and lying to me too. Very unethical place. Do you taxes yourself online. Even cashapp has an app for simple taxes such as my case. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE."

I have now received late notices for both the Federal and State income tax. Now I have to pay late fees plus the Kenneth Rd office is temporarily closed and cannot debate this issue."

Unfortunately she didn't so I called a Dover location and that gentleman told me he couldn't help me... I was near this location so I dropped in hoping the ladies could help me. They were really busy all three had customers so I waited about 10 minutes... Alyssa finished with her customer and helped me right away. She had a little trouble so she asked Tiffany for help.
