Edible Arrangements

"This was my first time coming to the Edible Arrangements in Olney and had nothing but a great experience. The staff were very polite and helpful. I wanted to get something for my parents and they showed me the vast options they could make with fruits and chocolate. I was in and out in less then 10 minutes. Will definitely come back soon!"

"So disappointed!! I placed an order for (3) platters to give to a coworker on his last day and 2 of my children’s teachers and the store was out of large platters so they made the decision to send (4) small platters and grouped each of the same fruits on each platter! This order was for 3 different people so there was nothing I could do to make it salvageable! I called so disappointed and the manager just seemed annoyed and immediately sent his driver to pick it up. There was no apology, no reassurance of a refund, and absolutely NO offer to make it right. Now it’s too late in the day for me to recover from this and the people I want to show my appreciation to are left empty handed. I will never order from Edible Arrangements Olney, MD ever again! A simple phone call would have allowed me to explain that these platters were going to 3 different people and could have avoided this!!!"

"Don't order from here. They have terrible service and quality of fruits. They are frozen and defrosted for delivery. This bouquet was for Mother's day. I filed a complaint with corporate and they advised to call the store directly. The manager promised to call me back with updates, but never called me. I had to call them and come to find out, they are refusing to refund me because I never filed the complaint within 24hrs."

"Total fail. I put in an order 12 days in advance for a special birthday selection so they would be prepared to have all the items ready and delivered the day after Valentine's Day. It was delivered very late (7pm) and only contained one accurate item- the others were just some random items that were clearly leftover in their store- all were supposed to be birthday related, a happy birthday balloon, sprinkles cookies, sprinkles cupcakes. The cookies were leftover valentine cookies and they sent some random generic balloon. I had even called and left a message around 4pm when I realized it had not been delivered yet and specifically asked for a return call to confirm delivery and have not heard back- yet they had time to call the recipient (ruining the surprise, even though I set instructions on how to leave the delivery) when they were delivering so late. Still no message to me. Looks like the order was completely forgotten about until my message and then they scrambled to fill it late. Very disappointed. I try to support local businesses but will never order from them again."

"Daughter ordered fruit arrangement from Edible and it was simply beautiful. Fruit was fresh and nicely arranged. Fruit was large pieces and nicely decorated; simply delicious. And all in a lovely two toned white and gold trimmed vase. Delivery was prompt and courteous. I would highly recommend Edible Arrangements."
