"We never did get to have a service from Designing Flowers, so my review is just to reflect that our wedding florist cancelled on us months after booking. We booked them and paid our deposit in February, and in July we received an email (NOT a phone call) that she could no longer perform our wedding. We were completely disappointed we didn't receive a call or text - we barely received an apology... It took over a month, and many email reminders, to receive our deposit back. She did not recommend other vendors to us - we were left to scramble to find another florist (who ended up being amazing, so it all worked out in the end!). We understand things can happen, but Designing Flowers did not handle the situation as it should have been."
