Despite the technical issues they did their best to get my taxes done in a quick accurate manner. The website was glitchy and I was unable to log in for many days in a row, after submitting personal financial information. With such difficulties and delays, I feel the service is overpriced. It was no fault of the tax professional that helped me, but overall the service is overpriced for what I needed."
"Besure that when you get your taxes done here make sure she understands whats is going on cause i had alimony paid and wanted claimed but they didnt do it and came back for the appointment and wanted to charge me another 100 dollars for their mistake do yourself a favor and get your taxes done elsewhere to save a headache later"
