iMandarin School

"My son is 2 and half and he loves go to iMandarin school. The teachers are very caring and patient. They organize so many fun activities everyday around the week's theme so kids are never get bored. There was one week about cooking and my son brought home sushi and dumplings he made himself (and of course we ate them!) and the classroom was decorated as if in a restaurant with beautiful table cloth and flowers. My LO loves school so much that he never cries when I drop him at school. The minute he enters the school he runs towards his teacher and hugs her and starts to play immediately. Since we are originally from China and speak Mandarin at home, we hope our son could speak Mandarin fluently. IMandarin school is the ideal place because my LO could continue speaking mandarin in school and in the mean while get exposed to English because all other kids are bilingual. Since he learns a new language so fast, after a few months in school, he could even speaks a little English and could sing many songs in both English and Mandarin. Also the principle is very responsible and addresses our concerns immediately once we raise them. I'm very glad that my son enters iMandarin school!"

"Our 3 and a half year old son has been attending iMandarin since Feb 2016. As a parent, my top priority is that our son is provided with a safe, clean and the effective learning environment and iMandarin earns high marks on all three scores. The principal and teachers are caring, patient and understanding which ensured a smooth transition into his new environment (not always an easy task with a three year old!). We are a bi-lingual family and we consider it important to introduce the Chinese language to him. With the care and love under the principal and teachers, our son is becoming more and more independent. Not only do they immerse him in the language, but they also encourage and reinforce socialization skills with the other children. iMandarin keeps it fresh by focusing on a different theme each week. The children participate in activities such as arts and crafts as well as introductory science (and all in Mandarin). I receive a daily report on my son’s progress that includes an outline of what Chinese phrases and vocabulary are taught to the kids as well as pictures and sometimes even videos. This is helpful as I can reinforce (Mandarin is a second language for me) what he learned from school every day. I have been impressed that after 2 months, my son will speak Mandarin phrases without my prompting. He even likes to “show off” his Mandarin knowing that my husband doesn’t speak it. He always talks about his teachers at iMandarin and he’s always delighted to show me the art work he completed at school and tells me what happened with his little friends. I couldn’t be happier that he’s in a nurturing environment that fosters his intellectual growth, stimulates his curiosity and teaches him another language to boot!"
