"Witnessed the manager tell a young lady with two children probably 3 and under that they were not permitted to use restroom. Other customers had been permitted during my visit but the manager was insisted that this mother and two children could not. The mother viably upset left in tears and I saw her in the crowded parking lot changing one child who had peed themselves already while trying to support the other one to pee in parking lot. The lady then returned to return her stuff and all the employees and manager basically shunned her other then to do the bare basic of processing her return. Not a store I will support as the manager and employees are rude to their very customer base, children."
"Absolutely love this store! The ladies that work here are always so nice and helpful! They always have sales and carters is the best quality in my opinion. Although the store isn’t ideal for children since it’s smaller and doesn’t have actual carts to use while shopping I prefer to shop here over other stores!"
