"We came in on Black Friday to replace two televisions. We had a good experience with the store years ago when we purchased a Mitsubishi wide screen rear projector set. We were very comfortable with the company's response to our prior questions and need for service with our older unit. The wide screen Samsung TV that was on sale for the Black Friday event was more than we planned on spending based on online research at Best Buy, Amazon, Consumer Reports, etc. The quality of the device was worth the extra cost (although we were certainly influenced by Josh's professional in store sales demonstration.) We also got a good deal on the second TV replacing another old unit. There was no discount on the full price for the high-end sound bar that came nicely paired with the wide screen set. We elected the 12 month no interest payment plan for the convenience and 4-5% inflation savings benefit. The installation could have been next day. But it was no problem scheduling installation when we were available. The installers were professional and courteous. They left us with both televisions working properly and with no further set up on our part except putting in various passwords for any separate streaming services."
