"I ordered one drink, waited for a while until my order was red on the screen, and when I reminded the staff “Sorry if you’re busy, I was waiting on my drink,” Mckayla wordlessly slid the drink across the counter until icecream spilled across the counter and onto both my boyfriend and I, instead of handing me the drink politely. The cashier (the boy on the right) laughed at this exchange. The store owner and floor manger were polite, but no refund, gift card, or other steps toward mitigation were offered."
