"Dr Peet and his Right Hand Person, Theresa, are great!!! 5 Stars The phone system, however, is horrible!!!!! Was on hold for 45 minutes and never even talked to a person. Luckily I was able to get in touch a different way. It’s sad to say but the practice is surely losing patients who don’t have the patience to stay on hold forever. 0 Stars"

I had called and spoken to someone they set me up with an appointment for 130 when I arrived the woman at the desk told me I had an appointment for 250 not 130 which is not accurate. They had all of my contact information to reach out to me if they needed to. also took all of my information during my phone call only to be told when I arrived at 1:30 that none of the Doctors at the office take my insurance. I took off work. I drove to the place for a 130 appointment that I was told was all set up and ready to go. upon arriving. There was no appointment to be had they didn’t take any of my insurance, and they did not inform me. This was a terrible experience and a waste of my time."

"All staff worked well together and were very friendly and helpful. Dr Martinez and her clinical staff were outstanding and deserve a 5 star rating. The practice, however, does not have a working system in place to address incoming calls of a scheduling nature. I had to listen to a loop of their practice info for greater than 15 minutes with no option to leave a voicemail. I never got to speak with anyone and just hung up it off frustration. I tried several times and got the same loop. If not remedied, they will not be able to gain new clients, since they cannot people cannot get in the door, if they can't schedule"
