"If I could leave less that the 1 star I would. I came in to purchase a disposable vape. The man behind the counter rung me up and advised me to open and test it inside the store. I opened it and tried it and it made a noise that sounded like it was broken on the inside so o asked him to replace it or refund me because I was genuinely afraid that it’d blow up or something with the noise it was making. The lady next to me said it’s ticking like it going to blow. He refused to replace it or give me my money back so I left empty handed and disputed the charge with my bank. Terrible customer service"
