"Reached before appointment time, waited 45 minutes after appointment time before I was seen by the doctor. We can not be late for appointment but for them it is ok."

"This office used to be great but have gone downhill drastically. They're front office staff is ignorant. The turn over rate is extremely high. So someone tell you one thing. Then when you go they tell you they won't except it. Takes 6mo to fill out forms and then half hour to find paperwork when you arrive. Save yourself the aggravation find somewhere else."

"I followed my physician there from another practice. Worst decision ever. So hard to get anything done without numerous phone calls. Experience with one of their NPs was infuriating. She was the worst...an embarrassment to the health care profession. I've been a nurse for 40 years and have never witnessed such rudeness. Avoid at all costs."

"Was on hold for over an hour on the phone just waiting to see when my next appointment was because I felt I may have missed it. Well after an hour+ on hold I drive to the office to see what's the hold up. Well would you believe that the office was empty and no receptionist was waiting on the phone. I showed them the hold time I was waiting for and was floored that the office was empty. So I made sure I had no more business with them and have decided to leave this practice. It does not help when the last 2 visits I came here for my wife they were overbooking the doctors and waited 45 mins to an hour each time after her appointment time to be seen by the physician. A little rediculous how this office is being ran. I wouldn't refer them at all. To be fair I have been dealing with them for over 2 years as a patient and have given the multiple chances but this is the straw that broke the camel's back."

"I have seen most of the doctors at this office. Some are much more knowledgeable then others. Nevertheless, the wait time is always ridiculous. I have waited in the waiting room for 45 minutes. Meanwhile, people coming in after me are going in ahead of me, not sure how that works... I have waited in the patients room for an hour. I actually fell asleep waiting for them to come in to see me. I have also had them call me 2 hours before my appointment and ask me to come in right now. I told them my appointment is not for two hour, then they give me attitude and tell me the doctor is ready now. I told them I am at work and that I cannot come until my scheduled time. They replied okay, but when I get there I get nothing but attitude. Another time I went in to pay my bill for my visit and my wife’s visit. They actually complained because the already closed out the register. The best part was I can a full hour before their listed close time."
