"A zero star will be better to rate this place! Please don’t go to this institution since they only want your money! They don’t care about your well being, all they care about is charging your credit card. They can cancel on you on the same day or switch your visit to an online instead of in-person but, God forbid you do the same, they will charge you right away! They want you to be understanding with their therapists’ personal issues but, they don’t care about yours!! No wonder why this place has only 2.6 stars! I should have researched better, this is the worst place ever! I do not recommend this place to anyone. I know there are still caring therapists out there and all we need to do is find them!"
"This practice is unethical and will over charge you. When asked about it the come up with false narratives. I wish I had done more research on this practice before ever seeking counseling from these money hunger establishment. Please beware of their 65 cancellation fee when they only have hours for non working ppl. Would Never ever recommend to anyone"
