"I went to this practice for several years. Then the provider I was seeing left the practice and I was assigned a new provider there that I liked very much. A few years ago I began to work for one of the major hospitals in the area and switched providers to that hospital (because there were no co-pays!). I no longer work for that hospital and called this practice back and made an appointment as a new patient. I arrive for my appointment and the front desk tells me that since I left the practice I am not welcome back. The person who scheduled my appointment was new and didn’t know to tell me that. Interesting policy."

"With me, they were playing musical doctors. I was seeing Beverly & I told her something in confidence & she was horrified. Before long, she left, but there was no confidence. Then, my doctor was Dr. Cook. I didn't see her, I saw this Josh. All of a sudden, I stopped seeing him & Dr. Cook left early for maternity leave. She didn't look a day pregnant. Do they have a new nurse. This Gina Toranto who has many alias & her profile picture is of the back of her head. I met that nasty thing at Jefferson Bucks hospital. They did a lot of lying & called her a doctor, when she is a nurse. She refused to give me a diagnoses. I'm slurring my speech, severe headaches & pass out, but nothing is wrong. She called me up & left no message. Now, I'm getting crank calls from Jefferson Philadelphia. They broke my confidence. I don't know who my doctor is & I do not want to see this nurse. When, I reported this nurse, the staff got very nasty. Dr Cook refuses to take time with you. Won't address your issues & tells you, "I'm not your therapist. A hospital told me tell her what the hospital said to see if Dr. Cook agrees & she didn't want to hear it. Looking for a new doctor."

"I had a 515 appointment as a new patient. I arrived at 510 and had all the paperwork filled out within five minutes. I gave the receptionist my paperwork, who was extremely nice, and went to go sit down. I'm in the waiting room for 45 minutes, so I go to the receptionist and express that I had a 515 appointment and it's now 6, how much longer because I have somewhere to be at 645. She ask one of the assistants how long till she brings in a patient because the patient is asking. The assistant says with an attitude "I'll get to them when I can". The receptionist was very apologetic. I said if the staff is going to be rude, maybe she shouldn't be rude when the patient is standing right there. I asked to have my copay refunded so I could leave. Once again, the receptionist was apologizing, even though it was not her fault, and she said she would get someone else, so I decided to wait. Within a minute, someone calls me in, just so I can now sit in the room for a half hour waiting for the doctor. I got out of the room and told them to refund my money because I was leaving. The doctor came to the desk and the receptionist informed Dr. Cook that her 530 appointment was leaving (I was given a 515 appointment, but I can see that they told me 15 minutes earlier so I can fill out the paperwork, which is understandable). Instead of the doctor apologizing or saying something to me, she looked at me and walked away. I was waiting over an hour and 15 minutes to be seen by Dr. Cook and she had no care in the world to say anything to me. She is rude and unprofessional. I would suggest them blocking off more time with their patients and scheduling less patients a day so people are not wasting their time waiting to see a doctor for well over an hour."
