"If I could rate this place with NO stars as in zero I would. Not only did they leave me hanging on a Friday night (the Dr. didn’t refill any of my medications including ones I will need or I’ll go into a seizure when I had a scheduled appointment @4:30 then I was placed on hold several different times and told the Dr would call before she leaves, she left and never even called me back! ) but the Dr. never even called back to let me know they were running “hours behind”. I don’t normally write reviews and I don’t like to write bad ones but my experience with the office staff here over the last 5 years has been “horrific”. They will not call you at your scheduled appointments time EVER. They will promise to call you back just to rush you off the phone. When I told them it’s borderline “illegal” to leave someone in a medical crisis I was told “I’m just the front desk”. All I needed was a refill on my medications. Do yourself a favor and spare your time and sanity by NOT coming here. I’m looking for a new place to go to though I’m sure it will be a process in in itself just to get my medical records.I was literally just talking to the so-calked provider who was extremely unprofessional laughing the entire time I was trying to explain how now I needed an in office appointment because of nobody calling me when they say they will. It’s really ashame when people are already sick only to suffer more due to ignorance on behalf of the providers. AZZ medical should really be ashamed of themselves. Taking advantage of people when they are sick is the WORST thing you can do. All I can say is KARMA is real and it has no deadline!!! I could write a book but I’ll end this here, you’ve been warned!!"

"If 0 stars were an option that’d be my choice. The front desk and billing are both unprofessional and the whole facility feels like a scam/scheme. I haven’t been in office since June but I have received monthly charges to my insurance for a “program” that I have/had no knowledge of. According to the company they ask for a verbal consent to be updated about your medical results. Any sane person would want to be updated on their medical results. To be charged monthly without speaking to anyone is foolish. It’s ridiculous to be taken advantage of by a care facility. Also- please don’t think you have a chance to have actual dialogue because all they do is talk over you. Simply put. Stay away."

"Dr sometimes forgets to send scripts and we're forced to play phone tag and take breaks from work to rectify. When I call to fix, DR isn't reachable and assistants want to schedule a new appt."

"I’ve never used a third party provider however after one month this has been one theeeee worst medical experiences I have ever I had, and I suffered ten years with endometriosis before I was treated; so I’m not a stranger to pain or to men invalidating my needs or story. What I did not expect was to be told my appointment was today and now it’s not until the 15th? Who did that ? When I called to explicitly to request an appointment and they told it couldn’t be until today and yet when I called no appointments. Doctor can’t see you until the 15th. Is this how we disregard people’s mental health? It’s not enough to be burdened by and try to survive having mental health; but having to fight with a provider to be treated; is not a fight I need. Literally fighting for my life and your company has no regard for that. It’s disheartening and further promotes that lack cognizance necessary to work in this field. All of your staff need training. I am reporting you to my insurance and hopefully they can find me an actual provider and not money leeches."
