Thank you to the doctors & physical therapists who are currently working with my son after his work injury. We really appreciate everything that is helping him during his attempts at recovery."

"I was very impressed with Concentra and their service. Stephanie at the front desk was extremely helpful and was able to answer all my questions. They seem to Been busy all the time, but they handle it very well. I had to get a preemployment physical with some other things completed for a new job and Concentra was able to complete what I needed. I went to another urgent care for the same service and I was given the runaround. On the day of my appointment with the other place, they told me they could not do my physical because it required a TB test. However, I had no such issues with Concentra and I would recommend this urgent care to anyone and everyone."

"Came for a routine physical for a prospective employer. I was lucky that there was no one waiting so I got brought back right away. The nurse was great, the doctor was a little eccentric but overall very straightforward. Pleased with how quickly things moved, though I realize that if there were more people waiting it would have taken longer."

"Perhaps the worst experience in “healthcare”.. I did not have an appointment for this work related physical so I anticipated somewhat of a wait. However, I spent nearly my entire morning (four hours) for a physical that lasted around 10 minutes. My primary concern arises from the lack of efficiency (they are clearly understaffed) and professionalism exhibited during this visit. After waiting for approximately 3.5 hours, I was informed that there was an error on my forms, leading to further delay as the doctor attended to another patient. It’s not clear why the error wasn’t corrected BEFORE examining another patient. I was livid because now, given the extended wait, I was in danger of missing my second shift at work. As I expressed my frustration, the receptionist called me ignorant in front of a full waiting room. I requested her supervisor's contact information. The response, a generic business card, accompanied by, “Go ahead and call, I don’t care if I get fired”! This experience is unacceptable and raises concerns about the overall level of care and professionalism at the clinic. If you don’t mind wasting an entire day of your life at this clinic and some unprofessional behavior from the staff, this is the clinic for you!"
