"Absolutely appalling how the lady has zero regard for customers. Completely rude and disrespectful. I didn’t even get to say a single word and she told me that she refused to accept my business. I truly have no idea why but it was completely uncalled for. I personally will never go back and will absolutely refer everyone to go to a different store…..any other store. This place is a disgrace to the professionalism of all those who are in customer service. Just disgusting is all I can say about the way she treated me with out any hesitation."
"I just called to see if they accepted debit card and the lady on the phone hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak with a manager and she said “no”. I asked why not and she said “because “, then I asked why she hung up on me and she said my question was not nice. I asked her how was me asking if they accepted debit not nice and she says “ they do accept debit, she just is refusing to accept mine in the store”. My wife and I are 16 years active duty military and I treated her with the utmost respect, saying ma’am and using all my manners. It’s hard to believe that we sacrifice so much for this country and that’s how we are treated. It’s just disheartening. However, I refuse to let her absolute disregard for professionalism and courtesy ruin my desire to believe that all are not as ungrateful for those who do make the sacrifice of serving, especially those hero’s who made the ultimate sacrifice. I personally want to thank all who serve and those who support us…..thank you all."
