"First two people I talked to were so rude! The first was just plane rude, the second person I talked to, There was background noise this lady said can u stop making noise please, but with this aggravated tone! Very rude. I said I was on hold for a long time before you answered, but go ahead. And then she didn’t say anything, so I hung up… This is crazy four people I’ve talked to are they all just miserable literally I’m just trying to schedule an appointment. They keep putting me on hold hanging up on me. This is crazy customer service on this place stinks"
