"Go with Synergy! I've been taking care of my parents for over 8 years. The need for a caregiver can sneak up on you. Whether it's because of a declining parent or a sudden illness or accident. Either way, if you need an agency Synergy is the one. Over the years that I've been with Synergy they've always had an outstanding office staff, with kind and professional caregivers. The office staff takes the time to understand my needs and provides the caregivers that will best support us. I make sure I put in my request for changes as soon as possible, but there are times when life throws a curve ball :( When that happens, and I need to make a quick change in the schedule, they come through. Sure, there are times when they don't have a caregiver available, but that's more the exception than the norm. I like that the caregivers are always professional and even if they are new, they've undergone training with Synergy prior to coming to the house I've worked with some agencies in the past where the caregivers arrived disheveled and unclear on the assignment. Not every caregiver is a match and if there's an issue it's handled immediately. (Example-the caregiver doesn't work well with dementia patients or repeatedly shows up late) Overall the only issue I have with Synergy, is that I wish I found them sooner. :)"

Sharon and Chris (the owners) are the best! They treat their employees with respect and are very good with communicating, not to mention the ladies that are responsible for scheduling, recruiting and payroll.. they’re all great people and I would definitely recommend them! They are up to date with any changes or updates with the company and they give their employees the recognition that they deserve and that’s rare for other job places. I’ve worked for a few agencies but Synergy is the best I’ve worked for so far! Need a service? Synergy is the one! Need a job? Synergy is the one!"
