"My mom’s friend went here for help because she was severely depressed after years of trauma and had suicidal ideations. The person she spoke to didn’t take her seriously and just told her to practice mindfulness and she’ll be fine. Later that week my mom’s friend attempted suicide and is now severely and permanently brain damaged and disabled. She never sued for fear that the extra money would cause her to lose her disability benefits. I think a lot of people go here because it’s one of the few places that takes state insurance and new patients, but if you have other options, please pick anywhere else."

"I tried seeing someone here for some bad mental health issues and the doctor I was assigned to was so unhelpful. She made me feel uncomfortable and minimized my problems and about 75% of our calls were just awkward silence. She was also unprofessional, not actually focusing on me pretty much at all, mostly looking over paperwork. A couple days ago, a *year* after I sought help, I got a bill for almost $2,000 for two meetings. Today I got a letter saying it was imperative I respond within 7 days of the above date. The above date? 7/24/23. It’s September. So I get to pay an insane amount a year after “treatment” without actually getting a chance to discuss it."

"You won't find a more pathetic doctors office. All these people care about is getting their money whether it's from your insurance or yourself. All year I had no issues with my insurance until these guys decided to bill them incorrectly. I spoke with my insurance company on numerous occasions and they consistently told me it's an issue on the offices side and they need to resubmit the claims. I spoke to several people about doing so and they were nasty and talked down on me refusing to help. The only help they gave me was transferring me to another woman whom allegedly handles these issues. She doesn't answer her phone nor call back. I've called this number every single day at various respectable times of the day for over a month and not once has she answered. I'm at a wall. It's truly pathetic. Now I'm stuck with hundreds upon hundreds of dollars in bills that were previously covered all year. I cannot emphasize this enough... DO NOT GO HERE. You will go here for help with your mental health and will undoubtedly leave with more headaches and issues than prior. DON'T DO IT."
