Got home and realized the pipe was cracked, brought it back the next day and the only question they had was which would you like to switch with or would you like a refund. Perfect transaction I even left with alittle better pipe then I originally purchased. Will remain a customer with the Fallston store those guys are great and always very friendly Thanks"

"Decent selection, would like to see more unique pieces and accessories. The employee working tonight was not very helpful or knowledgeable when trying to decide on something because he didn't know how anything worked when asked. Was offered a discount on a certain piece last time we went in with a different employee possibly the owner but the employee tonight would not acknowledge the same deal that was offered. Guess we shouldn't have went home and thought about it."

"The shop is nice and clean but not anything really unique to look at (glass elephants/cheap boring pipes that were obviously bought in bulk for resale). A lot of what I saw in there is what I’ve seen in gas stations but the prices are jacked up, I’m assuming because of the location and how close it is to Bel Air. I paid $21 for a grinder smaller than the size of my palm, which I think is extreme. Tobacco stop has far more interesting pieces and different items for a much more reasonable price. You can get a large size Sharpstone grinder for $15-$17 there."
