"Next Level Physical Therapy and Dr. Artem Imnadze are THE NEXT LEVEL. I began seeing Dr Artem on the recommendation of my CrossFit coaches. I have an impinged hip; I had difficulty walking and my CrossFit performance declined greatly. After an intensive evaluation and consultation, we collaborated on goals and a treatment plan of 14 visits. He had me curtail or modify basic exercises. Every appointment began with a review of the previous weeks’ workouts and performance and an assessment of my current mobility. Dr Artem then adjusted my treatment and homework accordingly. It's amazing the results we had with just slight adjustments and simple exercises. After about 8 visits he had me squatting, jumping and lifting with minor modifications. I hit 3 reps at 75% of my max front squat with no issues. We just finished the 14 weeks, talked about a strategy going forward and established a follow up program. "I used to run marathon's and loved being active. I injured myself about 8 or so years ago and because of my very busy and full life it was difficult to address the injury.(it was complex, not a simple fix) I went to various PT specialists and they all gave me 3-6 sessions and sent me on my way.
