"Been trying for 2 weeks to get my husband’s prescription eye drops. Spoke to different people and was assured each time the prescription would be done. Left message after message. So far 2 were sent to the wrong pharmacy and 2 were sent to the right pharmacy, wrong prescription. Beyond frustrated! I am not happy that my husband has to suffer because of lack of communication. Today I had him bring his empty bottle to the office so they would see what we’re asking for. Again that was over 2 hours ago. Time to switch doctors. Too bad that we have to move on because of ineptitude."

"I have been coming here for 20 years but I'm done! I'm sorry to do this but the people who process frames are unqualified & should be transferred out. Michelle can not work the computer & has no basic office skills. She talks on and on about movies and TV shows instead of tending to customers. She tries to come off so sweet but she is not. Since Sal left buying glasses is a nightmare! I will never get my glasses from here again. Sal I'm sorry I didn't realized what a gem you were! I don't trust they could even give me the right prescription!! If you don't have 3 hours to spend (even if you have your own frames) don''r come here! What ever happened to first come, first serve!"

"Two eyes operated on. Cataracts and new lens implant. I see 20-20 now. Procedure was smooth. Everyone I came in contact with was courteous, friendly & professional. At Paul Phillips & Hunterdon Hospital. I am still in their care, constant checkups to insure the work was done with no side effects. They explain everything if you pay attention. Had I known it would be so smooth I would've done the procedure earlier in my career. Eyesight for distance is crystal clear."
