"Saw that they were hiring for a position so I met with the owner on yesterday. I was given a start date and also given a rate of pay everything was negotiated.I was told that I could start immediately with unlimited hours. I was told to meet him at the store and he would train me. Once I arrive at the store willing and waiting to be trained, I was told that I had to wait for him to hire two other people for him to train all three of us together. That logic make no sense to me when he explained to me that I could work 40 plus hours and they only have two shifts. He then switched it to he's trying to fill 6 days so he needed two more people. Ok sir, thanks for wasting my time."

"I unfortunately wouldn’t shop here again. I went for a bong and the one I chose i didn’t know how to use (my fault). I called and asked if I could exchange for the classic beaker shape and he said as long as i didnt use it. When he said use i thought he meant smoked out of it. I followed some instructions online so I got to the step where its supposed to be filled with water but couldnt figure out how to do the rest of the steps on this type of bong because of the shape (again my fault). However, once i made it back to the store he saw the water and his attitude immediately changed and said “im not taking this”, handed it back to me, walked away to put the one i wanted to exchange it for back as i was trying to talk to him. Him not wanting to exchange it was fine, I understand if hes not able to once water has been put in, it was just his attitude about it. I asked him how to use the one i had and he just kept saying “no im not taking it” and finally after the third time asking if he could just explain how to use it, he took it from me and just kinda gave me a quick answer. When we were at the register initially i said id still like to get the other bong i was going to exchange the one i had for (buy a second bong because i didnt like the one i got and understood if he couldnt accept it) but he wouldnt stop walking away and i wasnt going to chase him. I just left and went to One Flight Up in Reisterstown for another bong. Its unfortunate, I live up the street and planned to come here often but the drive to Reisterstown is worth it for better customer service"
