"I called over there to make an appointment for my son the hung up on me and after calling they finally picked up and then they told me I couldn't make an appointment over the phone because on my first phone call I forgot my son's birthday but when I told him I finally remembered they said because of the I forgot my son's birthday on the first phone when they finally picked up the phone on the second phone call or better yet the third and fourth phone call so after the fourth phone call I made when they finally picked up I told him my son's birthday cuz I finally remembered and she told me because I forgot my son's birthday on the first call that they hung up on me the doctor told her to tell me I'm not allowed to make an appointment over the phone I have to be there in person and I have to show proof that"

"Welcome to an organization that decided automated systems were more important than customer service. Don't bother using them since at some point they will direct you to their broken system"

"Do NOT go here. For a decade I dealt with long wait times (always 1-2hrs for a SCHEDULED appointment), medical negligence (Dr. Susan Fielder violated me during a pelvic exam and misdiagnosed with with a pelvic infection when I actually had an ovarian cyst), was misdiagnosed and treated multiple times for conditions I DID NOT HAVE. When I finally moved they LOST MY CHILDS MEDICAL RECORDS including immunization records and they refused to refill my albuterol inhaler causing me to have a MEDICAL EMERGENCY! Avoid this place at all costs. I have filed a formal complaint and I advise anyone with similar experience to do so as well. Please reach out to be directly if you need help with this, this place needs to be investigated and closed for good."

"We absolutely love this office and all the doctors. Our little one was born at Abington and in the pediatric care for two weeks after delivery and the doctors she had there she has continued to see at this office and I just wanted to say they always have gone above and beyond and are just so amazing. Especially Doctor Bhasha and Doctor Fierstein. They are all around just amazing. Thank you for always taking great care of our little girl."

"Me and my children are patients at this facility and have been for about 3 years. All the staff is extremely nice and they have recently gotten a lot better with answering the phones. I also love the convenience of being able to be seen in the evenings. We have never had a long wait to go to the back to see a doctor, BUT.. when you actually get to the back is when the waiting happens. Every appt takes an hour or more and I cant figure out why since you only actually talk with the doctor for like 6 minutes. I've been called to the back many times and then waited for a doctor to come to the room for over an hour before. You also have to contact them multiple times to complete paperwork or fax over information. I'm also not sure why they used to never answer the phone or hold times would be so long because I've never seen the office crowded so to the eye they don't appear too busy to pick up a phone. Since we only have to come here once or twice a year I will continue to go, but if you are a person who has to see your doctor on a regular you may want to chose a different practice with better communication."
