"She deserves zero stars. Highly unprofessional and treating her clients very poorly. My son constantly complained about her, saying how insensitive and pushy she was. He even said that Sue Devine is a mean woman. Made him feel so bad that at one point he refused therapy because of the bad experience he had with her. To me she seemed like a person who doesn’t care, and only takes “easy” clients . She couldn’t provide real, useful help to my son and at the same time she wasn’t honest about her capabilities, or skills. I was glad to read the other comment where she turned down a person saying she/he needs someone who can help. I agree, if you have real problems, don’t hire Sue Devine, she is not qualified for the job."
"I am disgusted by the insensitivity displayed by this women “Sue Divine”. She calls and leaves a voicemail saying she had no openings for therapy and that I needed to check my insurance for a different therapist. She should have ended the voicemail there but she decided to also add that she wasn’t qualified to help me with my kind of “trauma” and that I should really check out someone who specializes is “that”. It has been a major set back for me, as it was already difficult enough to take the step to go to therapy. But I was thunderstruck by how unprofessional she was, and I’m thankful she was booked."
