"The worst family medicine office that I have ever experienced. They forgot to do what they promised to do, such as sending referral letters to a hospital. It takes hours to connect to a real person through the phone. They never reply to your emails."

"Please, do not go to this hospital. I made an appointment for a wellness check, but they registered it as a sick visit and made me pay a copay. They wouldn't answer my calls, and when I went there in person to request a code change, they adamantly refused to admit their mistake, insisting it was a sick visit and forced me to pay the copay until the end. That management is extremely chaotic and handles things oddly. Also, their attitude was extremely terrible. Do not waste your valuable time and money at this hospital."

"Been going to this practice for a long time A week and a half after my appointment paperwork was still not faxed to the doctor’s office needing the clearance. When they finally faxed the paperwork it was not complete. Took phones calls from receiving office and myself to finally get the job done. Disappointed with the lack of quality and follow through."

I have had scheduling/referral/test issues with this practice in the past, but my affinity for the doctors there kept me coming back. However, upon my most recent attempt to schedule a sick visit with either of the doctors i see at this practice, i'm told i need to wait 2-3 months to see either. A complete joke. Go elsewhere if you need to seek medical care or wait months!"
