"I had an excellent experience at Ivy Rehab in BlueBell. On my first day at Ivy, I was 6 weeks post Achilles surgery, fresh out of a cast and on crutches. My Physical Therapist, Dan, treated me with knowledge, kindness and the sometimes necessary tough love. I received well-rounded care in the office (strengthening, mobility and weight-bearing training, manual therapy, TENS), as well as helpful exercises to complete at home. I was walking pain-free in my boot in a couple weeks and my emaciated calf has started to fill out. The advice and support I received gave me the confidence I needed to succeed. "Not recommended, avoid. They have been relentlessly billing me for services from 4 months ago. I've had numerous calls with them explaining that they failed to bill my secondary health insurance despite my giving them all that info when I first made an appointment. Im told that they'll "take care of it", only to get another bill a week later. You don't have time for their nonsense..."
"My 14yo son was diagnosed with a stress fracture in his back and was having delayed healing. He went to Ivy Rehab South for 6 weeks to prepare for his return to high school sports. Dan (and the rest of the staff and therapists) were excellent in his treatment, adjusting the program as needed and pushing him within the recommended guidelines. As a Physical Therapist myself, I would highly recommend the staff to anyone needing therapy. Many kids don't look forward to therapy when injured but I can say my son enjoyed his time there and has returned to full contact sports in better shape and better prepared than ever! Fully recommend without hesitation."
