"The doctor, who introduced himself as Dr but said he was a nurse practitioner, said I had a sinus infection but wasn't going to give me antibiotics for it because I'm allergic to penicillin. The most common antibiotic to have an allergy to. Wouldn't consider an alternative. I asked him about the antibiotic I normally take and he said he supposed he could prescribe it. But didn't want to."
"Here's a tip for the owner: hire a receptionist that willingly answers questions and doesn't hang up on on a potential patient. Who trusts an urgent care when they are treated like that on the phone? It doesn't have to be like that. I bet your business would flourish if you got a pleasant person behind the desk."
"Worst Medical Center I have ever visited, the girl on the reception is so disrespectful and rude! I felt like I am nothing the way she was talking to me! Also I made an appointment online and spent maybe 15 minutes filling all information, once I arrived they forced me to refill all the information on paper, and had to wait 45 minutes more than my appointment, didn’t accept insurance as well for that even though its showing that it covers it in the medical network site! The doctor himself was nice and helpful, but reception was so bad. Never going back there again even if I am dying."
"Won't be ever coming back to this establishment. Front desk receptionist, Star was very rude and short with her responses. Just like the other reviewers say, regardless of your insurance, they want you to pay $85+ for a deposit! Never heard of such a thing, not even my insurance. Star told me that I was getting charged that much because my insurance was out of network which was a lie, which I told her. She was very aggressive and made up lies about me to have me banned from coming back all because I threatened to report her. Luckily, I called the administrator and we resolved things over the phone. Unfortunately, that wasn't enough as I wasn't able to be seen that day but I won't be coming back anyway due to their poor customer service."
"The workers are so helpful and polite and they had me in and out in no time. My children came with me and loved the energy they received from the nurses. I would personally recommend this office to anyone."
