"I have not had many problems with this doctors office in the past but recently they’ve gotten a lot of new snobby doctors. I go in for my wellness check up by the way I’m 19 I’m 5/7 and about 190. first off when I come in my doctor takes my blood pressure and tells me how I’m becoming obese because last time I was there I was 175 so he recommends I get fruits and vegetables and if I can’t get them that I should go to the food bank and hand me a bunch of food bank paperwork and every time I tried telling her about my other issues she just kept going back to the fact that I need to eat more vegetables when I get more than enough my daily intake already the doctor was just snobby and didn’t take my feelings into accountability"

"I just visited this practice as a new patient and was beyond pleased! The admin staff was friendly and helpful, and Dr. Aya and her colleague Jenna were so incredibly kind and thorough. It truly felt like they took the time to get to know me as an individual, not just another patient on paper. I went in for a new patient visit and was able to get bloodwork done on-site at the same visit. Highly, highly recommend!"

"Was extremely pleased with this group, until this year. Every year I get a phone call to schedule by annual well visit (August). No phone call this year. Called in September, and was told I would be put on a list to schedule for November and they would check why I was never called for August. No call yet. My annual visits are important to me, especially when my prescription provider will no longer cover an asthma drug I take and my annual mammogram is now months overdue."

"I had a phone encounter with one of the front desk ladies (I believe her name was Gail) and she was extremely rude (this happened on Saturday March 25). She was interrogating me as to why I had to cancel my appointment and said “she couldn’t help me anymore”. She asked if I could be seen on Saturday instead of Sunday and I said sure. Unfortunately something came up and I had to cancel my Saturday appointment and asked to switch back to Sunday and she got angry with me and said that wasn’t going to happen. I will never be coming back to this facility after such a disheartening experience. I had been a patient for a couple years and loved Dr. Duvaneck, but I was seriously shocked at the poor customer service."
