"Do not deal with a lady there named Mary (maybe 50’s, short, thin, pale skin, dark black hair). She is absolutely the rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. Everyone else on staff is personable and quite helpful. But with her on staff, I refuse to do any business with this company. I hope she is the owner, because if she is not, she is destroying someone else’s business. Management (or the person who says they’re the manager) had no concern when this was brought to their attention. Shabby place all together. If you’d like to shop or pawn, there are several better, hospitable places to spend your money. And I’d like to add that this issue had nothing to do with pricing."
"Customer service is very poor. When you walk into any establishment you should be greeted by at least one of the employees. Not this place The employees never move from behind the counter or even ask if you need Assistance with anything. Hardly no inventory. A waste of time the employees don’t wanna work. Will never return. I suggest a whole new staff"
