"Dr. Tran is amazing and if it weren't for my struggles with the office itself this review would be 5 stars. She's attentive, brilliant, listens well, and considers the whole patient. Unfortunately, trying to deal with the office is quite frustrating. I can't remember the last time I spoke to a person when I called--I spend days playing phone tag waiting for someone to respond at a time I can answer (I work 8-5 and spend almost all day in meetings). They also don't schedule out appointments 6 months in advance (despite that some of us only see our physicians every 6 months). Also, it's impossible to speak to your physician directly unless you are able to get an appointment with them, which is next to impossible for short-term issues (i.e., when I caught RSV and needed steroids I played phone tag with one NP for two days and was made to come in to see one of the other NPs)."

"This practice has issues. My CPAP order never got sent to the company that has the CPAPs. Instead, it sat on somebody's desk for a month."

"I was told by my pulmonologist there to make an appointment with a sleep specialist there to discuss additional things I could possibly do (sleep medications perhaps, he said) since my CPAP was working fine but I didn't feel like it was changing my life (ie. i didn't feel any more well rested than before). I had to take a day off of work to go to the sleep specialist appointment a few weeks later and she came in the room and said "so you don't want to use the CPAP anymore?" and I looked and her and said "no, not at all. the CPAP is fine". She said "well, it says in the notes that you want to stop the CPAP" No, that's not right, I said. I said I was there because the pulmonologist told me to see her about additional things (ie. medications perhaps) to make my sleep better. She said they don't give sleep medications to patients unless some bigger issue. So why the hell was I scheduled to see the sleep specialist? They had the wrong notes in my file, the pulmonologist apparently had no idea the sleep specialist wasn't going to give me additional medication...so I left annoyed that I had to take a day off of work for an unnecessary appointment because there is zero communication happening there. That's unacceptable."
