"They do a phenomenal job. Left my engagement ring for rhodium dip and resize, it took them less than a day to get it back to me. I can’t recommend them enough."
"I stopped by today not checking to see if they were open- web site did not clarify. Even though the office was closed the gentleman inside came to the fire and asked me what I needed. I had three watches with dead batteries. Must be my lucky day because the repair tech just came in and was able to replace all three batteries in 15 minutes for a total of $35! Previously, I took my watches to a well known jeweler. In Leesburg who charged according to the brand of watch - ridiculous because the batteries are all the same. If you need a battery and don’t want to overpay or wait two weeks for your watch to be in quarantine- go to Velasquez!!!"
