"The doctors are excellent. The office staff are terrible, uncaring, and should receive one star. A relative in terrible pain came into the office and needed a pain shot. Staff told her they could arrange a pain shot in a week or two out and didn't even look up. When I said she was in terrible pain, they didn't even try to check the schedule to see if there was a way to make an earlier appointment. Another time, a relative came in using a walker and asked for a doctor, and the staff told her (incorrectly) that it was in another office in Broomall and sent her slowly moving down the hall. Then, the staff in the office where she was incorrectly sent, politely needed to walk her back to Mainline Rheumatology and tell them that they incorrectly sent a patient away. I have visited this office many years ago, when there was little or no problem with their office staff or procedures. But, the office is not run well now, and even with great doctors, this is a big problem!"
"Dr. Lundholm is an absolutely amazing and brilliant doctor who is caring and committed to helping her patients. I only wish her office took Keystone first so I could continue my care through her. Dr. Lundholm is also very knowledgeable about Ehlers Danlos Syndrome which is very hard to find a doctor who actually know about it rather than just claiming they do."
"Unprofessional and unresponsive. I was seeing Cheryl W. here with no issues until she retired, which no one bothered to inform me of until 2 days before my appointment with her, leaving me with no refills on my prescription while the office was impossible to get a hold of. Their phone lines were down for over a month, and I received no response to several emails I sent (at the recommendation of their Facebook page and Facebook messages). When their phone lines were finally working again, I left more messages that I never received a response to. Don't waste your time. Find an office that actually responds to its patients."
