"If you are an expecting mom please do not go to this practice. I had my son in 2021 through this practice and delivered at Lankenau hospital and had a very traumatic experience. The care I received with Dr. JP should have been the first red flag to the practice when I saw her for migraines related to my birth control, but then going through the birth made me realize it is the practice as a whole. To all the expecting moms, please do your research of the practices and hospitals c section rate for first time no risk moms. Also please educate yourself because I did not anyone advocate for me during my birth only after. Besides all of the problems during birth and being told it was my bodies fault I could not deliver my baby they also made a huge mistake during my c section that was not noted in their operational note that could have cost me my life. I just found this out during my second c section at a completely different practice and hospital. The experience was night and day and I would never wish for a mom to go through everything I went through with this practice and hospital. I hope and pray that in the time from my birth till now things have changed, but if you are ignoring the red flags like I did please find another provider and hospital that care better for you and your baby. It’s never too late!"

"Firstly I want to say I’ve been trying to find a caring home if OBGYN. I usually go to Jefferson however they had appointments scheduled so far out I figured was unacceptable since I am following up from an ER visit. My care was under Dr. Porcelain which I say was one of the worst visits I’ve had from a healthcare provider. Firstly, she did not introduce herself nor did she seem caring about my concerns, the moment I was expressing my concerns she would finish my sentence and say “yeah yeah” I’m sure you’ve heard this before but LISTEN until I am done. Secondly she asked if I was on BC which I am not made an offensive comment “oh you must like getting pregnant” I brushed it off. Next we do a pelvic exam and she attempts to shove the speculum without any warning or lube and made me uncomfortable. I normally don’t mind my pelvic exams but this time was overwhelming. After the exam, examining from under a microscope she goes to state false information about what she has seen and made an insulting remark about whether or not I used a contraceptive regarding my sexual encounters. Which was all an assumption. She also ended the visit with no follow up for Pap smear or nothing. This was not a great experience for me here at lankenau, I will not be returning I am NOT SORRY"

"Liz and Dr. Brown are the absolute best! The front desk reception could have more bedside manner (they look like they haven't gotten any sleep or interaction with nice people for centuries) but overall, Liz and Dr. Brown makes the experience worth revisiting."

"My visit was a good one today. Front desk staff were cordial and professional. I was taken to the exam in a very timely manner. And the physician arrived in my room soon after that. My physician's pre-exam discussion was both informative, and interest in me as a person."

"There was very little wait time. The intake staff and attending nurse was professional and cordial. The doctor talked to me about my health history since I was a new patient and we talked at length about exam results and continued visits. I felt very comfortable with the staff and doctor."
